Dear Parents and Guardians,

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.  My name is Mr. Devanny, and I am happy to be your child's teacher this year.  During the year, I will be teaching your child reading and writing.  I have been teaching at P.S. 36 since 1986 and continue to look foward  each year to building a unique community in our classroom.
